Updating your Email Signature

First, create and download your OKWU signature here: https://employee.signature.email/

For Windows users, your email signature can be updated in Outlook by following the below steps: 

1. Click File > Options > Mail > Signatures. 
   1. You can also edit your signature by opening a new email, going to the Insert menu at the top, highlighting the Signature button, and selecting Signatures at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

2. Click the signature you want to edit, then make changes in the Edit signature box. 
   1. You can also click New on the right-hand side of the "Select signature to edit" section to create a new signature. 
   2. If you fill out your signature in the Signature.Email link provided by Creative Impact and click on "Copy Signature to Clipboard", then you should be able to paste your signature into the Edit signature field without any further modifying needed. 
3. When you're done, make sure to save your settings.
4. Before you're done, also make sure to select which signature is used for new messages and replies in the default signature section below the editing window:

For Mac users, your email signature can be updated in Outlook by following the below steps:

1. Go to the top bar, select Outlook, then select Settings. Command + , will also open the settings window.
2. Then select Signatures.

3. In the Signatures window, you can edit the Standard signature or click the plus below the Signatures list to create a new one. 
   1. In the editor box, you can paste your signature from the generator. The generator has an alert message that informs that Safari messes with copy & paste to some extent, so it may be more advisable to select "Send via Email" on the generator and copy and paste from there.
4. Make sure to determine which signature is used for new emails and replies by setting them in the fields below the signature preview window:
