Delegated Email Access

After requesting access to a different email account, it takes 15-20 minutes for the change to synchronize across the Exchange environment. 


Once that time has passed, you should be able to see the new account in the folder pane in your Outlook; it may require a restart (outlook, your computer, or both).

Otherwise, you can log in at outlook.office.com, click your profile button at the top right, and select "Open Another Mailbox."
