If you are getting an error message and are unable to open one of the OKWU RemoteApps on your computer, follow these instructions to update your RemoteApp options.
In your start menu, search for RemoteApp, should return a result like this:
Open that and then when you see the OKWU RemoteApps (Default Connection) window, click on the properties button on the right.
In that Properties window, you'll see an "Update Now" button. Click that and it should put the newest versions of the RemoteApps in your Start menu.
If that doesn't work, you should also be able to access the RemoteApps from their hosted page at Remote Desktop Web Client (jenzabarcloud.com)
