For Issues Accessing RemoteApps Desktop Apps

If you are getting an error message and cannot open one of the OKWU RemoteApps on your computer, follow these instructions to update your RemoteApps options. 


In your start menu, search for RemoteApps, which should return the result "RemoteApps and Desktop Connections" control panel: 



Open that, and then when you see the "OKWU RemoteApps (Default Connection)" window, click on the properties button on the right. 


You'll see an "Update Now" button in that Properties window. Click that, and it should add the latest versions of the RemoteApps to your Start menu. 



If that doesn't work, you can also access the RemoteApps from their hosted page at Remote Desktop Web Client (jenzabarcloud.com)
