To do it yourself, you must go to your address book in Outlook. You can find it in the ribbon in the Calendar screen or in the Names group in a new email window.
From there, select All Distribution Lists from the Address Book drop-down menu.
When you have that list open, search for your group (example@Okwu.edu or just example will work), click on the over/search arrow, then, on your group in the results list, right-click and select properties.
From the new window that opened, click on Modify members and add or remove who you want.
