Teams can be accessed via office.com with a Microsoft account (or even more directly at teams.microsoft.com), or it can be downloaded before a meeting here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app. Following a meeting link will bring users to a webpage that should provide links to either option.

Additional Instructions for Starting a Teams Meeting:

Creating a Teams meeting:

Go to your Calendar on the left-hand menu, select the time for the meeting, and double-click will open the New Meeting interface.

The Teams meeting interface is largely identical to the one used in Outlook.

Some additional ways to start a meeting:

Click on the "Meet" button in the top right in your team channel

In your Teams calendar at the top right, you can select New Meeting or Meet Now.

The New Meeting button also has a dropdown menu for Schedule Meeting, Webinar, Lecture, and Class, which will change the way the meeting displays presenters and people talking.

Create a meeting from a chat in Teams:

Clicking on the "Schedule a Meeting" button at the bottom opens the New Meeting dialogue box and immediately includes all members of the chat.
