- On the Crestron control panel, turn on the projector and then click the “wireless cast” button to set the projector to look for input from the Roku.
- On your computer, go to the bottom right of the screen and click on the notifications button. You will need to ensure that you are connected to the “Wifi@OKWU” wifi, or you will not be able to find the Roku on the network.
- In the Notifications area, you’re looking for the Connect quick action button. You may have to expand the quick action section to see all of them.
- Click on connect and you should then see a list of classrooms. Select your classroom.
- Depending on whether you want to display what is on your screen or not, you will need to right-click on the start menu and go to Settings, near the bottom of the menu.
- When the settings window opens, click on System.
- Then click on Display on the left side of the menu. If you scroll down, you will find a section titled Multiple Displays. Select either “Extend these displays” to create a second display for presenting, or “Duplicate these displays” to show what’s on your screen.
- This can also be accomplished with the Win+P shortcut.
