MyOKWU: Checking Your Account Balance and Making a Payment

To view your balance:

 

  1. Log in to MyOKWU at my.okwu.edu (please email support@okwu.edu for assistance if you are unable to log in)
  2. Click on Student in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. 
  3. Click on Billing in the left-hand menu on the Student page.
  4. Select the term next to Amount Due For.
  5. Click on View account details and history.

 

To make a payment in the Payment Center:

 

  1. Log in to MyOKWU, MyOKWU | Portal (please email support@okwu.edu for assistance logging in)
  2. Click on Student in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. 
  3. Click on Billing in the left-hand menu on the Student page.
  4. Click on the Payment Center link in the Quick Links section on the left-hand side of the page. 
  5. This will take you to the Payment Center to make your one-time payment.
  6. Please click on the yellow Make Payment button and follow the instructions.

To set up a Payment Plan:

  1. Log in to MyOKWU at https://my.okwu.edu
    • (If you need assistance with your login, please email support@okwu.edu) 
  2. Click on Student 
  3. Click on Payment Center
  4. This will take you to the ACI Payment Portal 
  5. Click on Payment Plan under the logo
  6. Click on Enroll in a new plan
  7. Click on Fall 2024 5 Payments (Monthly)
  8. Review payment plan information and click Continue
  9. Read Payment Plan Contract
  10. Click the box next to “I agree to the Payment Plan Contract”
  11. Click Continue
  12. Review Due dates so that you are aware of the plan dates. 
  13. Check the box next to “I accept the terms and conditions for automatic payments.”
  14. Click Continue
  15. Under Today’s Payment, click on the + sign next to "Select payment option" to pay the $50 application fee
  16. A box will appear, and you will select your payment option: New Card or New Bank Account
    • As a reminder, there is a 2.75% processing fee if you pay with a card. There is no processing fee if you pay with a bank account. 
  17. You may check the box next to Use for scheduled installments if you wish to use the same payment information for monthly payments
  18. Click ADD
  19. Enter the payment information and click ADD when finished
    • If you do not want to use the same payment information for the monthly payment, please uncheck the box next to Use for scheduled installments
  20. If you are using the same payment information for the application fee and the 
  21. scheduled installments, click on PAY & SCHEDULE
  22. A box will appear with confirmation information. Click close 
  23. If not, please click on the Select payment option under Scheduled Installments
  24. Select the desired payment option 
  25. Click Add
  26. Enter the payment information and click ADD when finished 
  27. A box will appear with confirmation information. Click close 
  28. You will be taken to a screen that shows the payment plan information. You have successfully set up the Fall 2024 payment plan
