MyOKWU: Finding your Transcripts

Alumni: 

If you are an alumni who needs to obtain your unofficial transcript but are uncertain if your account still exists or how to access it, please email support@okwu.edu and request to have your account restored for the purposes of obtaining your unofficial transcript. If your account has been deactivated or archived, we will need to confirm identifying information before we can reactivate your account. Including your OKWU ID number and your full name at the time of attendance will greatly aid the process. 

If you're only looking for your official transcript, skip to the bottom of this article and find the section on that topic.

Unofficial Transcript:

Log in to MyOKWU | Portal using the blue login button in the top right, click Student in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, then select My Unofficial Transcript in the left-hand menu. 

On mobile, you will find the Student page option in the "hamburger" button in the top left. 

Once on the Student page you will then find the Unofficial Transcript link in the "hamburger" dropdown menu in the top left. 

If you'd like to make a copy, select the Print button on the far right and save it as a PDF or other document. 

Official Transcript:

To request your official transcript, click on myOKWU when on the Home page, then click on "Looking for Something," which is a page containing many helpful links. About three-quarters of the way down the page, in the Resources section, you will find the link "Request Transcripts." The link can also be found in the Quick Links section on the left-hand side of the page. 

Similarly, on mobile, you will find the "Request Transcripts" link at the bottom of the portal homepage. 

You can also use this link, Oklahoma Wesleyan University Transcript Request, to navigate directly to the official request page.
