This process needs to be done every fiscal year, and even if no changes are needed, your department budget needs to be submitted to continue the review process.
The first step is to sign into MyOKWU (Https://my.okwu.edu).
Then go to Business Affairs in the top navigation bar (1), and click on the My Budget tile (2).
On the My Budget page, click on "View All Available Worksheets"
Find your department budget in the list and click the "Fill out & submit this worksheet" link to edit it.
Once on the worksheet, you can edit individual lines by clicking the pencil button (1). To comment on the change, click the "conversation" button (2) in front of the line value column. You can also add comments or documents to the worksheet as a whole by using the "Add a comment / Add a file" links above the spreadsheet (3).
Finally, once you're done with your worksheet, click the "Submit for Approval" button (4) at the top of the worksheet. Even if no changes or comments are needed, the budget does need to be reviewed and submitted for approval.
